We aim to bring you ethical & sustainable home decor pieces which you will cherish for years to come. We are committed to using only the highest quality materials to create our timeless elegant pieces.


 

Nothing is wasted at The Little Magpie Shop and we pride ourselves on a zero waste policy! Every so often we will host a waste not, want not sample sale where you can get one off designs at a fraction of the price! Make sure you've signed up to our emails below to get VIP access to sales.


 

Our environmental footprint on the planet is also important to us! Where ever possible we use recycled and recyclable packaging and urge our customers to reuse & recycle our packaging where ever possible.

Each piece is lovingly slow made by hand, in house. This means that no two pieces are the same, nor are they mass produced! Please be mindful, because we are using raw materials including resin & concrete; air bubbles, blemishes and small imperfections may be visible. We feel this adds to the unique rustic charm of handmade and would never ship a product that was damaged in any way.

Custom made products & sale products are non refundable, how ever in the unlikely event your product should arrive damaged we will replace it as quickly as possible or offer a credit note for the amount. Please see our refunds policy below. 


Shipping Policy
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
All pieces are handmade to order just for you.
For this reason please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be processed and marked as dispatched.
We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but we are just a small business and real humans, working with human hands and brains.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Due to Brexit and current guidance things are slightly murky. As things become easier we will revise our shipping. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer a flat rate of £4 shipping fee, (UK ONLY) this is posted via Royal Mail 2nd class and proof of postage is retained.

We expect your order to arrive between 2-4 days after posting. If you haven't received your order within this time frame, please contact us and we will investigate it. 

Should you want your order posted via 1st Class or recorded then please select this option at checkout. 

All of our memorial collection is posted 48 hour tracked delivery via royal mail. When we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your item. Although every care is taken including tracked delivery, to ensure your precious items arrive to you, sadly sometimes orders do not reach their intended destination and get lost with their courier.
Once we have dispatched your item and sent you a tracking number we can no longer accept responsibility for your goods should they get lost. 


Return & Refund Policy

Custom made products including our memorial collection & sale products are non refundable, how ever in the unlikely event your product should arrive damaged we ask that you email pictures of the damaged piece within 48hours of receiving the item to info@thelittlemagpieshop.co.uk
We will then investigate and endeavor to replace it as soon as possible, or offer a refund for the damaged item.

All returns are at the expense of the customer.
Upon receipt of your returned item we then issue a full refund to the original payment method or offer a voucher for future purchases minus the original shipping fees.  
We would love to offer free shipping and returns but as a little business this is just not possible for us. Please be mindful of this.
